Christ Community Church is committed to giving to the Nazarene World Evangelism Fund. This fund supports missionaries around the world who do not have to raise their own support, allowing them to focus on ministry. This fund is a general fund, but we want to know specific missionaries and activities of God. So, we are partnering with a regional mission field, Melanesia/Oceania. More than five families in our church have
participated long-term in this mission field and are able to share their perspectives. We also have missionaries from this field visiting our church through the years for personal stories and interactions. Over the next five years, we intend to send teams to this region and receive teams from the region. Today, we are joining in prayer with these believers, sharing worship styles, and communicating victories in specific areas of the Christian life.
We'll hear from missionaries from this field on the following dates: Harmon Schmelzembaugh - Tuesday, October 4th at 6:00 pm in the sanctuary. Scott and Gail Dooley - Sunday, January 1st at 9:30 am in the sanctuary and 11:00 am in room 118.
